Sample Flow

DAY 1 — Arrivals from 17:00 and a decompressing massage to reset the pace. Welcome aperitif with IMPROVVISO (Ribolla Gialla, sparkling). Cellar dinner among our concrete tanks, guided tasting across DOC Collio blends and PIWI selections, and a light framing of team objectives in a calm, elegant setting.
Rest & reset: Overnight in our Sleep Hotel–certified rooms (special mattresses and pillows, outlets to eliminate electromagnetic fields) to promote deep, restorative sleep.

DAY 2 — Woodland yoga at first light to prime focus; wholesome breakfast. Integral wellbeing & performance workshop with practical drills and clear takeaways for body–mind–metabolism. Interactive Friulian lunch you compose around seasonal produce. Power-nap practice, then choice of mini MTB team challenge or mindful vineyard resetTherapeutic nature walk before an unhurried seasonal long-table dinner with PIWI pairings.
Optional add-ons: photographer, AV for strategy blocks, forest brunch at one of Le 7 Pause.

DAY 3 — Breakfast with facilitated feedback and action points. Hand-over of concise materials (sleep & recovery tips, simple daily protocols, wine notes). Time to explore the shop. Farewell at noon—clearer priorities, stronger bonds, renewed energy.
