Orders and Bookings

When you purchase wine or book experiences through our webshop, we collect personal information including your name, billing and shipping addresses, email, phone number, payment details, and order history.

  • Issue invoices and comply with Italian tax obligations (via Fatture in Cloud, connected to SDI – Agenzia delle Entrate)
  • Communicate with you regarding your order or booking

B&B Reservations

When you reserve a room through our booking system (Bentral or third-party platforms like Airbnb/Booking.com), we receive your personal and payment details to manage your stay, comply with local guest registration requirements (Questura / ISTAT), and provide our services.

Comments

When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string (hash) may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you use it. After approval, your profile picture is visible with your comment.

Contact Forms

Media
