The Cellar

Our cellar reflects a philosophy of calm, precision, and respect for the land. Fermentations take place in concrete tanks, allowing the purity of the fruit and the character of the Ponca soils to guide each wine. Here, PIWI varieties and classic Collio grapes coexist, expressing different interpretations of our territory.

You are welcome to explore the cellar as part of your visit or during your tasting experience.

Sleep Hotel

Our B&B is certified as a Sleep Hotel, reflecting our commitment to deep, restorative rest. Each room features specialised mattresses, anti-EMF systems, and an interior atmosphere designed to encourage calm and quiet recovery.
