| VINTAGE | In 2022, the vintage in Collio was of excellent quality despite the dry and hot climate. After a rain-poor winter and a cold spring, temperatures rose shar- ply in May, causing drought. The harvest, which began at the end of August, benefited from the September rains, allowing us to obtain healthy grapes. We have harvested a smaller amount of grapes, with a good su- gar concentration and a slight increase in the acid component, which is essential for the aromatic balance of the future wine. |
| TASTING NOTES | Ouverture 2022 appears an intense ruby red. The nose opens with intense notes of violet and red fruit in general, The sip is soft, complex, with fruity sensations of blackberry and blueberry and hints of elegant roasting. |

| VINTAGE | One of the best vintages in recent times. 2021 began rich in rainfall. However, from the end of January until the beginning of Spring, the rains were scarce and the average monthly temperatures were higher than usual. April saw the rains return and temperatures drop significantly compared to the norm, such as the frost of April 7, which fortunately did not cause damage to our vines. Summer has passed with rather high temperatures, with nice days a few days of rain concentrated in the month of July. The harvest period ensured healthy grapes, while an appreciable night-time temperature range favoured the acquisition of excellent aromatic complexity. We have harvested a smaller amount of grapes, with a good sugar concentration and a slight increase in the acid component, which is essential for the aromatic balance of the future wine. |

| VINTAGE | The 2020 season begins with a cold and rainy winter. Land was therefore able to store important water reserves crucial for the vegetative awakening and for the first steps of the vines’ growth. Summer was mainly dry with some sudden rains that were fundamental for the plants. Termic excursions between cool nights and sunny days during the whole month of September have given us grapes perfectly balances from the aromatic point of view and regarding the ratio between sugars and acidity. |
| TASTING NOTES | On the sight, it is intense bright ruby red. The violet reflections denote youth and a great evolutionary potential. On the nose, it is complex. Plums, agapanthus flowers, wild violet and white pepper. On the palate, it is structured and dynamic. A wine that is both well-balanced and easy to drink. Full body, the tannic structure, sweet and ripe, gives the sip a persistence typical of great red wines. |

| AGEING | Ten months in cement on the fine lees with frequent batonnage followed by seven months of bottle refinement. |
| VINTAGE | Classic vintage. Cold and snowy winter followed by a spring with several rains. The summer was dry and hot, and the vines, after an important but regular vegetative development, slowed their growth. The climate was serene and cool during the end of summer, allowing the grapes to arrive healthy and ripe at the time of harvest. |
| TASTING NOTES | Preludio 2020 is a straw yellow with slight greenish reflections wine. Elegant and well-balanced, it reveals the varietal characteristics; with hints of citrus, almond, and hints of peach with white pulp, sage and white pepper. A structured wine with great acidity and harmonious complexity, the lingering aroma invites another glass. |

Behind the Name — Ouverture
In music, an ouverture is the opening movement — the first gesture that sets the tone for everything that follows.
We chose this name to reflect the wine’s character: generous, inviting, and full of promise.
Ouverture is not just an introduction — it’s a statement. A red blend that balances structure and softness, tradition and interpretation. It opens the door to the deeper rhythms of Tenuta Della Casa.
