| TASTING NOTES | Sinfonia 2023 is a brilliant straw yellow wine with golden reflections. On the nose it opens with an intriguing bouquet of pear, tropical and white floral notes. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose. On the palate it has a beautiful vivacity and pleasant minerality inviting another sip. The finish is long and persistent. |

Behind the Name — Sinfonia
In music, a sinfonia is a composition where multiple voices come together to create harmony. This wine follows the same principle: a blend of distinct resistant grape varieties, each contributing its own tone, texture, and energy.
The name reflects more than composition — it expresses a philosophy of balance, intention, and collaboration. Sinfonia is not just crafted; it’s orchestrated.
